During this consult I will listen to you on how the space is used, brainstorm and problem solve to make it work at its highest level. We will space plan and look at some of the finishes to achieve the desired style aesthetic you want for the future space. My role extends beyond designing; I'm here to guide you through the entire renovation process. With a network of three reliable and trusted teams—who are well-versed in both renovations and new constructions—I can facilitate accurate job quotations once we solidify our plans. Throughout the journey, from pre-construction choices to on-site quality assurance, I’ll be there to navigate any challenges that arise and help bring your vision to life.

As you look around your house, you see various things you want to change, update or eliminate. Could your current home be renovated to include all these changes you are wanting, plus produce the style and function you are desiring? Betsy has been a real estate broker for 18 years and has help clients buy and sell hundreds of homes. In this consult we will meet at your current house and discuss what the needs are and if it makes since to tackle the renovation or consider other housing options. We will look at comparable properties and determine the current resale value of your home. If moving is still on the table, we will tour several properties that could possibly be your next house. Then we will discuss if you are inspired to renovate or ready to put the sign in the yard. This is possibly a 2-part consult if touring homes is involved.
PAINT COLOR CONSULT
Painting is one of the least expensive ways to make a change on your exterior or interior but it is still not pocket change, so you need to get it right! That is where I come in-there are many factors to consider: lighting, sheen, tone and blending with existing finishes. If you think just having the paint color is all you need you are incorrect, there are tricks and tips I have learned to help you get the best bang for your buck. During this consult you get those trade tips and we create a map for the contractor to know exactly what to do and where. Trust me this will save your sanity!
Selections Appointment
This consult involves in person site visits to trusted trade vendors to pick out lighting, plumbing, countertops, tile, and furniture. These consults are billed at hourly rates.

For instance, in conceptualizing your ideal bathroom, we’ll present you with choices for cabinetry, a harmonious paint palette, meticulously selected tiles complete with placement patterns and grout colors. The design scheme further extends to the selection of sophisticated lighting and plumbing fixtures, hardware, and chic accessories. We provide you with both visual and practical elements, such as direct product links and installation guidelines, it helps assist you in completing the vision either by DIY our with the help of your trusted contractor.
