I first met Cody and Ryan at the Lemon Street house in Marietta. They had just started the housing search and were looking to buy their first home. The Lemon Street house sold and then I started renovating another house on Lemon Street, they saw it right out of the gate when it was in need of love and vision. They have followed along and seen other houses that I have taken on go from drab to fab and so we partnered together and I am helping them take on a “fixer upper”.

The project is underway and is including taking out the kitchen walls to make a more open floor plan. The kitchen layout will be completely updated, made beautiful with new cabinets and countertops. The hardwood floors will be laced together, sanded and stained to give the house a lighter, more modern feel. The large laundry room will be improved with a hallway and entrance. They are also replacing the plaster walls with Sheetrock so it is cohesive in the main part of the house. Stay tuned for updates and watch this house go from the closing table, undergoing House Therapy with the result being a house that Cody and Ryan will call home and love for years. And did I mention the awesome equity they will be gaining?!
