About Betsy

Betsy Samuels specializes in marketing residential property in the metro Atlanta area. As a native Georgian she has a broad knowledge of the housing market and trends. With a B.A. from the University of Georgia in Speech Communications and Psychology, Betsy is well-suited for the negotiating tasks required of a real estate professional.

Since graduating from the University of Georgia Betsy has worked for Metric Property Management. Metric manages 72 apartment communities nationwide. Betsy has worked with the on-site staff motivating and training employees to improve performance in their market. After traveling to Metric's eastern properties for 3 years she decided to narrow her focus to the metro Atlanta real estate market. Betsy joined Avenues of Atlanta Realty in March 2005 after earning her real estate license. In 2008 Betsy earned her Broker's license.
